Hi There ! It’s been a little while… I have been in planning mode, it seems the warmer weather has gotten my wheels spinning! As you know, we are going to do the Garden Mini Sessions again. We had the day picked, however, with the Greenhouse being open so early, I have to make sure there are going to be flowers left on the date we chose. I hope to have that info for you very shortly. I do however, still have spots left for my spring mini sessions taking place on Mothers Day Weekend. What a great gift to give yourself, photos with your kids!!
In the meantime, I have gotten a few calls and emails asking me to consider doing the Urban Mini sessions again. The Urban minis seem to accommodate boys better, especially the older ones! I often get requests to photograph events and weddings and I try to stick with what I do best, children and families! However, when this request came along, I couldn’t pass it up! We love to go through model homes to check out the latest trends in home building. When this builder contacted me to photograph their latest Parade of Homes models I was thrilled! These two homes are amazing!
The detail in each of these homes is simply breathtaking… I had to remind myself to stay on task (taking photos) while I was in each home. Each room I entered had another detail that left my jaw hanging open! If you are looking to build a home in the near future, check out these models, you will not be disappointed!!

Happy Monday! I am excited to be offering Spring Mini-Sessions again this year! Spring minis are always a gamble because of our crazy MN weather! I mean technically, I could do them this weekend with the 70 degree weather we are expecting. Although, I think it would be more fun to wait for the green grass and blooming trees! My ultimate goal with these sessions is to catch the crab tree blooms. I have a wonderful, magical location that I used last year with my own kiddos. However, to be honest, I should let you know that catching beautiful blooming trees on May 12, 2012 might be like winning the lottery… They can bloom as early as the beginning of April or as late as the end of May- like they did last Spring. I promise, regardless of blooming or not blooming trees, I will have a great location for us. I will be shooting these sessions in the late afternoon, please email me for exact time slots! The other fabulous thing you should know about these minis sessions….. they are taking place on Mother’s Day weekend! What an awesome way to spend the weekend! Taking photos with your most prescious gifts, your children. Also, what a great gift idea!! A timeless Mothers Day gift for yourself OR your own Mother, Sister or Grandmother.
